As we walked into Joella's we were greeted by Melinda saying welcome and "we love ya", made me smile. Our orders were taken with a smile, brought to our table with a smile and were exactly as we ordered them which made me smile. The mac and cheese is delicious (usually get Kale salad but too cold today) as was the sandwich. One member of our party always get the vegan meal and says it's a favorite. There was another employee that checked in us during our meal and wore a smile as well. Thanks for great food and service.

You cant go wrong with the Chicken dishes here. I tried the thick thighs with hot level sauce, and boy the taste is better than you can imagine. Try my dish with ranch sauce and fried pickles and you will thank me later.

I've been here many times as I'm a fan of hot chicken. The service and speed has always been good. However, this time, it was my first time ordering the "Fire-N-Da-Hole" spice level. The server was serious but humorous about how I needed to sign a waiver. I got my meal probably less than five minutes after ordering it with everything being fresh and hot. Well, let me tell you: the spice-level waiver is well warranted. It's by far some of the hottest sauce I've had in a restaurant....and I love it. I've eaten a carolina reapers raw before and the experience here was fairly similar if not a bit different due to the different kind of concentration of oils and spice. Joella's has done well and perhaps I may get it again.

Visiting from out of state and have been trying different places for their fried chicken. This. Place. Was. Phenomenal! Homemade sauces and varying degrees of heat to add flavor. Portion sizes are large. The chicken is moist and flavorful with an amazing light seasoned bread coating. I am a French fry snob and will say their shoestring fries are perfectly crunchy. Spend the extra to upgrade to parm and rosemary fries and skip the ketchup. Service was amazing. Friendly, fast, and followed up often to ask if everything was good. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Phenomenal lunch experience. Staff member Melinda is an absolute joy and Joella’s is abundantly blessed to have such a wonderful staff member such as her. She made everyone feel welcomed and loved from the first step in the door.

Such a great experience at Joella’s! Right as I walked in, it felt like I knew everyone working there as they were so kind & inviting. Food was absolutely delicious as well! Will definitely be coming back here!

Delicious and just what we were craving. We got the lunch special with garlic Parmesan fries and chicken and the waffles. The tweener spice was no too spicy at all (I would try the hot next time) and the fries were crispy and hot. The chicken was perfectly done and the root beer and cream soda were great too! The restaurant was eclectically decorated and was nice and cool...quite refreshing on an 80 degree day. I would recommend to anyone in the area or stopping by.
